Yes. We can coordinate design, technical information, materials, procurement, site works and handover as one connected scope.
Can you support mall or landlord approvals?
Yes. We coordinate submission information, comments and relevant project requirements with mall, landlord and authority-related parties where applicable.
Can you complete only the soft furnishing or joinery?
Yes. Clients can appoint us for a focused joinery package, a soft furnishing refresh or a complete whole-home interior.
Do you work outside Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We are based in Abu Dhabi and work across the UAE, including Dubai when the project scope is suitable.
How long does a fit-out take?
Programme depends on site condition, approvals, material lead times and scope. After review, we prepare a practical route around the target opening or move-in date.
Can you share company documents?
Trade license and relevant company details can be shared for client verification during the appointment stage.
How do you report construction progress?
The format is agreed for the project and can include dated site photos, key-stage updates, quality observations and items requiring a client decision.
What happens before handover?
We review the agreed scope, prepare snag items, coordinate rectification and confirm the relevant close-out and after-sales items with the client.
