These are starting ranges for triage and budgeting. Final pricing depends on access, location, materials, night work, MEP/fire scope, official approvals and third-party requirements. 5% VAT is excluded unless stated.

Can you quote from photos only?
For simple issues, we may give an initial range. For unclear commercial sites, a site inspection is recommended before formal quotation.
Do you charge for site inspection?
Yes. Site inspection starts from AED 250 depending on location and scope. If any deduction is offered, it will be stated in the quotation.
Is maintenance all-inclusive?
No. Plans cover agreed inspection and minor support. Materials, major repair, equipment replacement, night emergency, fire and professional MEP are quoted separately.
Can you guarantee mall or authority approval?
No. We can assist with documents, rectification, coordination and follow-up, but final approval is decided by the mall, landlord, authority or reviewer.
