A whole-home layer designed around the existing villa.
This project starts with the rooms and structure already on site. The design work coordinates furniture, curtains, rugs, lighting, fitted joinery, wall panels and family-specific requirements across the villa.

What this project demonstrates
Residential design can begin after construction. A measured soft furnishing and custom joinery package can bring consistency to an existing villa without treating every room as a separate shopping list.

Luxury Arabian character with controlled warmth.
A complete interior scheme built around hospitality, practical storage and a unified material language. Stone, refined wood veneer, smoked glass, black metal and bronze add depth without making the rooms feel overly decorative.

International Music Institute, planned around learning and performance.
A warm 260 sqm interior for music learning, reception and practice. Curved details, pale timber, acoustic planning and soft glass lighting create a professional space that remains welcoming to students and families.
